Ingredients

  • 1 kg Fish Pieces
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 4 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 11/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. First wash the fish pieces thoroughly and remove thorns from the fish and cut into medium pieces and take them in a bowl.

  2. Now add salt, turmeric, chili powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, pepper powder and mix well and marinate for 2 hours.

  3. Then take bread powder little at a time in a plate and roll the fish pieces in it and deep fry. It does not take too much oil like bajjis so you do not have to worry.
