Dosa Usha's
This recipe gives out soft dosas and this recipe can also be used to make idlis also.

Cook Time 30 minutes

Ingredients
- 2 glasses Parboiled Rice
- 2 glasses Rice
- 1 glass Urad Dal ( black gram )
- 1/4 tsp Soda
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions

Wash all the above grains and soak them overnight in water.

Next day grind them into smooth batter and add salt and soda and mix well.

Take dosa pan and rub the pan with oil and cut onion piece then take a big ladle full of the batter and pour it in the middle of the pan and spread it evenly to form a round and leave oil round the dosa and take it out slowly when lightly brown.

Serve hot with chutney and sambar. Use a wooden spatula to remove the dosa.
