Ingredients

  • 250 gms Keema ( minced Mutton )
  • 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Onion big
  • 4 Green Chilies
  • 1/4 tsp White Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 pinches Ajinomoto
  • 1/4 inch Ginger Piece

Instructions

  1. First wash the meat well and drain out the water completely.  Cut the chilies, onions, carrot and ginger into fine pieces.

  2. Now mix all the above ingredients with the minced meat and make balls. Roll the balls in bread crumbs powder and deep fry them. Add the balls only after the oil has heated and the balls should get brown .
