Chilli Chicken
Chili Chicken
A Chinese dish very famous and loved by most. Its not so difficult to make, just follow the instructions carefully and anyone can make it look like the restaurant variety.
Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken
- 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Ginger Garlic Pieces
- 5 Green Chilies
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Cornflour
- 1/2 tbsp Maida
- 3 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 11/2 tsp Pepper Powder
- 11/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Chili Sauce
- 5 tbsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp ajinomoto
Instructions

Wash the chicken pieces and take them in a bowl add cornflour, maida, salt, 1 tbsp soya sauce and egg mix well and deep fry them and keep aside.

Take a non stick pan add oil and add the ginger garlic pieces and chili pieces and and fry till slightly fried then add 2 tbsp soya sauce ( if you want you can add more) and chili sauce and add the fried chicken pieces and keep frying.

After 5 minutes add pepper, ajinomoto and fry for a minute and switch off. Taste and see if you need some more salt you can add. Good with noodles and fried rice.
