Chili Chicken with Capsicum

Chicken goes best with capsicum and they compliment each other to provide a special taste so please try it. Those of you who are non vegetarians don't think it is a waste of adding capsicum and that it would spoil the taste.  Vegetables are good for health they provide calcium and fiber which is very much needed for your body, if your children are willing to eat it at least  in this way, then please do try it.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Chicken
  • 3/4 Cup Curd
  • 2 Onions Sliced
  • 2 Capsicum Finely Chopped
  • 2 tsps Chili Powder heaped
  • 1/4 cup Cornflour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 3 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  1. First wash the chicken and take it in a bowl and add corn flour, salt, chili powder and soya sauce and ginger garlic paste and marinate for two hours.

  2. Now take a pan and add oil and put onion pieces and fry till brown then add capsicum and fry till they are well cooked.

  3. After two hours cook the chicken in the cooker for four minutes after whistle and then add this to the pan and mix well capsicum and chicken pieces now add the well beaten curd and cook till all get mixed well and cooked well with the oil starting to ooze and switch off.
