So easy young children will love this. My mom used to make it when we were very young it is one of my favourite dishes. I still remember the taste.  Very few ingredients used but you get a very unique and delicious taste.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg Boneless Chicken
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 4 tsp Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Ghee or Butter
  • 5 tsp Oil

Instructions

  1. First wash the chicken pieces with turmeric.  take a thick bottomed vessel add oil and chicken pieces and let excess water from chicken evaporate now add chili powder, salt and turmeric and fry for two minutes then add vinegar and keep stirring in between and cook with lid closed.

  2. The pieces should get well cooked and tender to the end add ghee and fry till roasted.  The pieces should be soft but well fried.  If you need you can add some more salt or chili powder to your liking.  Isn't it easy.
