Chicken Pakoda
My mother always makes this snack during dinners. It is easy to make and the taste is amazing. All my cousins our children enjoy it so much. So you can also try it and get compliments from your friends and family.
Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken, Boneless
- 2 tsp Salt leveled
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 4 Cloves
- 5 Cinnamon Pieces small
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 2 Big Lemons
- 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1/2 cup Gram Flour
Instructions

First powder clove, cinnamon, and cumin and keep aside.

Wash the chicken and add salt, chili powder, coriander powder, the ground masala,, turmeric, the lemon juice and mix well and marinate for 1 hour.

Then in bowl take the gram flour add 1/2 tsp salt and pepper powder and water and mix well to form a dosa batter consistency.

Then take a kadai add oil to 1/4 of the kadai and let the oil heat then dip the chicken pieces in the gram four batter and leave them in the oil put the flame in low. The chicken pieces are raw so they will take sometime to fry.

If you want you can boil them before frying. Serve with sauce.
