Cauliflower Pickle
I love this pickle it has a unique taste and since you are going to eat the vegetable raw you get full nutritional value of the vegetable. Even children will love this way of taking in the vegetable high in calcium and Vitamin C. Try it and see and you will be making it again and again.
Ingredients
- 1/4 kg Nuvulanuna ( sesame Oil )
- 2 Big Cauliflowers
- 12 Lemons
- 1/2 cup Chili Powder small
- 3 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 3 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
- 3 pods Garlic without skin
- 4 tbsp Salt leveled
Instructions

First fry the fenugreek and mustard seeds and powder them.

Wash the cauliflower florets in salt water and keep in a plate to dry. The florets should be small sized so that the salt and chili powder will enter them well and give a nice taste.

Now take the oil in a dry vessel add salt, chili powder, fenugreek powder, mustard powder and garlic pieces. No cooking please everything is raw.

Now add the cauliflower and mix well to the end add the juice from the lemons. Leave to ferment for a week and use. Taste and add extra spices or salt to your liking.
