Cauliflower Fry
nearest to scrambled egg for vegetarians. very tasty as side dish. I love it less spicy and very tasty and healthy too

Ingredients
- 1 Cauliflower medium
- 2 Onions big
- 2 tbs Coconut Grated
- 1 tbs Corriander Powder
- 6 Garlic Pods
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 tap Salt
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 4 tsp Oil
Instructions

First grind coconut, garlic and corriander powder and keep aside.

Now take a pan add oil put 1/4 tsp each of mustard and cummin seeds also add 1/2 tsp of urad and channa dal and fry till they splutter now addonion pieces finely chopped.

Then add boiled cauliflower pieces( for boiling cauliflower put it in water add salt and boil for 5 minutes) now add little salt as you have already added while boiling. add turmeric and chilli powder and fry for sometime.

Now add the ground masala and fry for 2 minutes and switch off. do not fry for too long or the taste will differ. Garnish with corriander leaves
