Ingredients
- 3 cups Cabbage (shredded)
- 1/2 Onion
- 2 tbsp Ground nuts
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- 2 Tomatoes (Small)
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Green Chilli
- 1 tbsp Coconut(desiccated)
- 3 tsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
Instructions

Take the shredded cabbage in a cooker pour 2 tbsp water close the lid put the weight and cook for 3 minutes after the whistle blows and switch off.

Grind the onions, tomatoes, green chilli, ground nuts, desiccated coconut and cumin seeds into a smooth paste and keep aside.

Now take a pan add oil add 1/4 tsp mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp urad and channa dal after they splutter add 5 curry leaves add the ground masala and fry for 5 minutes.

Then add the cabbage to the pan and mix well also add salt and turmeric and fry for another 5 minutes and switch off.

Good as a side dish with papu, sambar korma etc.
