Cabbage Curry
Very tasty with chappathis. vegetable having high vitamin C content so good for health

Ingredients
- 3 cups Cabbage shredded
- 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp Jeera
- 2 Dry Chillies
- 2 Green Chillies slit
- 1 Onion
- 5 Garlic Cloves
- 2 tbs Curd
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
Instructions

Take a pan add 3 tsp oil put mustard and jeera and after they crackle add 4 curry leaves, jeeramand then add dry chillies and onions finely chopped and fry till the onions get translucent.

Now add green chillies and garlic cloves after 2 minutes add the shredded cabbage, curd, tomatoes, turmeric, chilli powder and salt and cook for sometime with the lid on.

It might take about 10 minutes for the cabbage to get cooked properly. If the curry gets too dry you can add some water.

Once it is nicely cooked serve hot with chappaties or rice.
