Besan Curry With Vegetables
Very tasty with puri can also be eaten with chappaties and dosas.
Ingredients
- 2 Carrots
- 10 beans
- 8 Cauliflower Florets
- 1/2 cup Peas
- 1 Onion big
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 tbs Besan
- 11/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
- 2 Green Chillies slit
- 1/2 tsp Corriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
Instructions

First take besan in a bowl add water and make a smooth paste and keep aside. Now wash and cut the vegetbles into medium sized pieces and boil them and keep aside.

Take a pan add seasoning(1/4 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp of urad and channa dal, 1/2 tsp cummin seeds, curry leaves 5) after they splutter add finely chopped onion pieces and green chillies slit and fry till they get brown.

Then add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes and then add boiled vegetable pieces add salt, turmeric, chilli powder and corriander powder and fry for another 5 minutes.

Now add the besan paste which you kept aside and add one glass of water and mix thoroughly and cook till the raw smell of the besan is gone keep adding water when it thickens.

The besan takes in the water quickly and thickens so keep adding the water and stirring often till cooked.

It should be semi solid consistency like a loose chutney. Enjoy the dish with puris, chapathis or dosas.
