Ingredients
- 300 gms Ladies Finger ( Bendakaya)
- 2 Onions (finely chopped)
- 2 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1/4 tsp Cummin powder
- 3/4 tsp Corriander Powder
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Channa Dal
- 6 Curry Leaves
Instructions

Wash the bendi and wipe them clean with a cloth.

Cut them into pieces like wheels.

Take a pan add the oil when the oil is hot add the tempering(mustard, channa dal) when they crackle add onions and bendi pieces.

Now add salt, chili powder, turmeric, curry leaves and cook on slow flame till the bendi is cooked. keep stirring occasionally.

When nicely fried add coriander powder, cumin powder and crushed garlic and fry for another 3 minutes and switch off

Serve when hot and tastes best with roti items.
