Beans fry with coconut
Most nutritious curry so easy to make. It also tastes so good. High in protein, iron, magnesium, B6.

Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Beans tender
- 4 tbsp Fresh desiccated Coconut
- 4 Green Chilies
- 1 Onion big
- 5 Curry leaves
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 4 tsp Oil
Instructions

First wash and cut the beans and onions into small pieces. Slit the green chilies.

Now take the beans in a cooker pour less than 1/8 cup water and boil for 7 minutes after whistle.

Then take a pan and put oil temper with cumin and mustard seeds 1/4 tsp and channa and urad dal 1 tsp and curry leaves when they start to splutter add onions and chilies and fry till translucent.

Then add the beans and add turmeric and salt and cook till the water evaporates completely.

To the end add desiccated fresh coconut and fry for 2 minutes and switch off. Garnish with corriander leaves.

Serve hot with rice or chapatis.
