Gorchikudu Pulagura (cluster beans)
Gorchikudu Pulagura
Similar to brinjal pulagura very easy to make but has lot of nutrients and fibre.
Ingredients
- 300 gms Cluster Beans
- 7 Green Chilies
- 1 Tomato small
- 6 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Onion big
- 11/2 tsp Corriander powder
- 1 Tamarind (marble sized ball)
- 11/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 5 tsp Oil
Instructions

Cut cluster beans green chillies and onion, tomato and keep aside.

Take a cooker and 2 tsp oil put the cluster beans, green chilies, tomatoes, tamarind, salt, turmeric, coriander powder and garlic cloves fry for 5 minutes add 1/2 cup water and close the lid and let cook for 5 minutes and switch off.

After the pressure in the cooker decreases remove the lid and smash lightly the ingredients with the ladle.

Then take pan put 3 tsp oil add the tempering( mustard and cummin 1/4 tsp each, channa dal and urad dal 1 tsp each and 6 curry leaves) when they splutter add the onions and when they get translucent add the ingredients from cooker and fry

If there is any water it should get evaporated completely then switch off and serve hot with rice. If you like garnish it with corriander leaves.
