Peas and Capsicum Curry Easy
Peas and Capsicum curry
I make this curry when I am in a hurry. It is easy to make and tastes good with rice or rotis. since both vegetables are nutritious and provide you with abundant protein and calcium and Vitamin A, B C etc.
Ingredients
- 2 Capsicums
- 1/2 cup Fresh Peas
- 2 Medium Onions finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 tsp or less Salt
- 1/4 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 pinches Pepper Powder
Instructions

Wash the vegetables and cut them and keep aside.

Take a pan add 4 tsp oil and temper with mustard and cumin seeds and add onions and when they are fried properly add ginger garlic paste and fry.

After 2 minutes add the capsicum pieces and peas and add turmeric, salt, chilli powder and coriander powder and close with lid and cook for 5 minutes till the vegetables are mixed well with spices.

Now add 1/2 glass water and cook till the vegetables are cooked well. Fry till all the water is gone and the curry gets close then to the end add pepper powder and fry for another 2 minutes and switch off.
