Masala Kebabs
I think my mother must have got it from one of the magazines tried it and liked it so she entered it in her cook book. So you can also try it.
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Mutton Mince
- 1 Onion chopped fine
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Curd
- 3 Bread Slices
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 4 Green Chilies
- 3 Cloves
- 4 Cinnamon small pieces
- 1/2 tsp Pepper Corns
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
For The Batter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Instructions

Grind cloves, cinammon, pepper corns. green chilies and onions. Add the ginger garlic paste, chili powder, salt, coriander leaves and curds to the ground masala.

Add the masala to the mutton. Cut the bread slices into small pieces and add them to mutton mince, mix well and keep it aside for 2 hours.

Divide the mutton into 15 portions. Take the flour add salt and 1 tbsp oil and mix into soft dough, knead well and keep it aside covered for half an hour.

Then divide the dough into 15 marble sized balls and make small puris. Place the minced meat portions on the puris and press in in place and roll and keep aside.

Now beat eggs in a dish add flour, salt and pepper and add little water and mix well. Dip the minced rolls in the batter and deep fry in oil till well browned.
