Ragi Dosa
Ragi Dosa
This dosa comes out very crisp and is my favourite dosa with peanut powder or peanut chutney. It is nutritious and high in protein and calcium. I eat this dosa three times in a weak.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Rice flour
- 3/4 cup Ragi Flour
- 2 Green Chi;ies finely chopped
- 2 tsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Salt leveled
- 1/4 tsp Soda
Instructions

Take all the above ingredients in a dish and mix with water. The consistency should be loose ( runny ).

Take dosa pan apply little oil with an onion and take a laddle full of the batter and pour it from the ends of the pan, going around and as it flows to the middle it forms holes which should be filled pouring little batter.

No need of spreading it like the other dosas. It comes with practice. While the usual dosa is spread from the middle to the outside, this dosa is spread from the outside to the inside of the pan.

After making it pour a 1/2 tsp oil around it and leave it on low flame you will get a very crispy dosa.
