Very tasty chutney tastes good with rice. it is very nutritious provides calcium and iron good for pregnant ladies and feeding mothers. It is also good for growing children

Ingredients

  • 2 hands full Gongura Leaves
  • 7 green Chilies
  • 1 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Wash the gogura leaves and take a pan add 2 tsp oil and fry it. Also fry the green chilies, cumin and coriander seeds and grind all of these in the grinder.

  2. Now take a pan add 2 tsp oil temper with mustard seeds and channa dal and when they splutter add the finely chopped onions and a pinch aesofotida and then the chutney and fry.

  3. Don't forget to add salt when grinding.
