Peanut Chutney ( Chenikaya Chutney )
Very nutritious high in proteins and vitamins and also aids slimming. This chutney goes well with dosas and idlis also tastes good with pongal, upma, semiya etc. All time favourite and easy to make.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Peanuts fried
- 5 Green Chilies
- 1 Small Onion
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Seeds
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 Gooseberry sized Tamarind
Instructions

Fry the green chilies and onions a little also fry the coriander and cumin seeds. Wash and fry the tamarind till it gets soft.

Take the fried peanuts in the grinder jar add the cumin and coriander seeds and salt and tamarind and grind add little water and grind then add chilies and onions and grind to a consistency you like.

Some like it smooth and some like it slightly less smooth.

If you want it more spicy you should add more chilies.
