Ingredients

  • 200 gms Paneer
  • 2 Onions
  • 4 Green Chilies Chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt leveled
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 15 Cashew nuts
  • 2 tbsp Curd
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamon Powder and Menthi Powder

Instructions

  1. Paste the cashew nuts and keep aside. Chop the onions and chilies.  Wash the paneer and cut into cubes.

  2. Now take a pan put 2 tsp oil and 2 tsp butter and add onions and chili pieces and fry till translucent then add cumin powder, cashew nut paste, chili powder, salt, paneer and tomato sauce and cook for about five minutes.

  3. Then add cardamom powder, menthi powder and curd and keep cooking for another 3 minutes before you switch off add coriander leaves and switch off.
