Ingredients

  • 1 kg Boneless Mutton
  • 5 Large Onions
  • 1/2 bunch Mint Leaves
  • 1/2 bunch Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1/4 tsp Saffron
  • 1/4 cup Yoghurt
  • 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 tsp Green Chili Paste (12 to 15 Chilies )

Instructions

  1. Wash the mutton with turmeric and water and then grind it with the above ingredients. 

  2. Keep aside to marinate for three hours.  Divide the mince into portions and wrap each around the skewers and shape them into long cylindrical shapes around the skewers.  Place the skewers on a charcoal barbecue. 

  3. You can also bake them in the oven which has skewers.  Keep turning the skewers as they roast so they get done evenly.
