Baked Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 Chicken whole small
  • 2 cups Curd
  • 2 tbsp Ginger Paste
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder or little less
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder leveled
  • 10 drops Red colour
  • 1 tbsp Cumin Powder
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Clean the chicken pieces in water thoroughly and squeeze out the water from the pieces and take them in a bowl add ginger paste, coriander powder, curds, turmeric powder, and salt and mix well and marinate them for 10 hours.

  2. After ten hours preheat the oven and coat the baking tray with oil and place the chicken pieces in the tray and bake them at 300 degrees for 10 minutes. 

  3. Then remove them and apply the chili powder, cumin powder and red colour and apply evenly and roast again for another 7 to 10 minutes.  the yummy chicken is ready.
