Time consuming but worth it. My mother used to make it even for parties, When I tried it i realized how much patience she had and her love for cooking. Definitely try it for it tastes nearly the same as the restaurant one.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Beans finely chopped
- 1 cup Carrot ( grated )
- 1 cup Cabbage finely chopped
- 10 Green Chilies finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Ginger ( finely chopped pieces )
- 1/4 cup Garlic Pieces ( finely chopped )
- 11/2 tsp Ajinamoto
- 1 tsp Pepper Powder
- 5 tbsp Cornflour for vegetable balls
- 1 tbsp Cornflour for curry
- 1/4 cup Soya Sauce
- 11/2 tsp Salt

First clean all the vegetables and cut them and take them in a bowl and add salt as needed and add cornflour, pepper powder, half of the chopped green chilies and mix well and make them into balls and deep fry.

Then take a pan and add oil and garlic and ginger pieces and the left chili pieces and fry till a nice aroma comes, now add the vegetable balls. To this add 1/4 cup soya sauce and the 1 tbsp cornflour ( mixed in water ) and cook till the corn flour and soya sauce are taken in by the vegetable balls.
