Ingredients

  • 1 kg Chicken
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp Ghee or Butter
  • 7 Green Chilies
  • 1 packet Bread Crumbs
  • 1 inch ginger piece
  • 7 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 tsp Pepper Powder

Instructions

  1. First wash the chicken and squeeze out the water and take them in bowl.  Now grind the green chilies, garlic, ginger, and tomatoes and keep aside, add a little salt when grinding.

  2. Now add this paste to the chicken also add chili powder and salt and marinate for 1 hour. If you want you can cook it in cooker for 2 minutes after whistle, or you can deep fry then directly.

  3. Now take the eggs in a container and beat them well add 1/2 tsp salt and pepper and beat.  If there is any water left in the chicken put it on low flame and evaporate all the water.

  4. Take a pan and pour 1/2 of it with oil for deep frying. Now dip the chicken pieces in the egg mixture and roll then in bread crumbs and put them in the oil and deep fry them till golden brown. Put few pieces at a time and deep fry.

  5. Put the chicken pieces only after the oil has heated.  Now the tasty deep fried chicken is ready. During dinner use leg pieces and the dish will look very attractive.
