Kadai Paneer

Kadai Paneer

This is also one of my favourite dishes, it is nutrient rich.  !00 gms of paneer has 18 grams of protein, 208 mg of calcium a good amount of omega 6 and little of omega 3. So eat it at least twice a week. Vegetarians can have it more number of times for their protein needs.
