Mutton Dopyaza
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Mutton
- 2 Onions medium
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 2 tsp Chili Powder leveled
- 1 cup curd
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 2 Cloves
- 2 Cinnamon pieces
- 3 Cardamom
- 11/2 tsp Salt
- 4 tbsp Oil
Instructions

First wash the mutton pieces and let dry then shallow fry them till roasted.

Cut the onion into small pieces. take them in a pan and fry them till brown. Take half fried onions, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom and cumin and grind them and keep aside.

Now take a cooker add oil and put ginger garlic paste and fry till a nice aroma comes now add fried onions, salt, turmeric, chili powder and also add the mutton pieces and fry for 2 minutes.

Now add curd and 1/4 glass water and close the lid and cook for 15 minutes after whistle.

Then take a pan add oil and put the contents from the cooker into the pan and fry stirring in between add the spices powder and fry till the curry gets a brownish colour and a nice aroma comes then garnish with coriander leaves switch off.
