Ingredients
- 1/4 kg Fish (cut into big pieces)
- 1/2 lemon or 3 tbsp Curd
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Masala
- 3/4 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 2 tbsp Oil
Instructions

First wash the fish pieces in salt water and then take them in a dish add salt, pepper, turmeric, chili powder, curd or lemon juice, and masala (1 tbsp dry desiccated coconut and 1 tbsp coriander powder ground together).

Mix the ingredients well and let sit for one hour. Then take oil in a flat bottomed pan and add the fish pieces cover with a lid and cook till the fish pieces get soft and the masala also gets cooked well.

Keep stirring in between, Keep changing the pieces from top to down or only one side will get fried. Switch off and garnish with coriander leaves)
